Registration and Refund Policy

It has been beautiful to watch over the course of these past few summers how camp has grown. However, we are now nearing capacity and will need to limit some of the opportunities that have been available in the past.

• All existing reservations are final as of June 1, 2025 and can no longer be canceled or refunded, regardless if your child attends or not. There is no refund for daily absences. If you are unsure of your travel plans, we recommend signing up for all weeks that you are certain of right away. You can add additional weeks as your schedule becomes clear.

• You can add a weekly session reservation up until the Friday prior to the start of each respective weekly session. If we see that camp is filling up quickly, we may close registration at an earlier date.

• We may be able to accommodate swapping days or even adding a day to an existing weekly selection if we have space in the bunk. Please email the office, there is no guarantee.

• All hot-lunch and extended care selections are final the Friday prior to the start of the respective weekly session. No same-day hot-lunch orders.

• All new registrations created after June 15th will include a 5% Late Registration Fee

Payment Plan Options:

• You can pay in full at time of registration or on any date of your choosing prior to June 4, 2025.

• If you choose the payment plan option, your card on file will be charged accordingly:

Weeks 1 and 2: June 4, 2025
Weeks 3 and 4: June 16, 2025
Weeks 5, 6 and 7: June 30, 2025

• There is no fee to pay by check or ACH. There is a 2.8% CC surcharge.
